The LAW-6 parts bag contains the graphite Front Shock Stay for the Kyosho Lazer. This part is standard on the Lazer ZX-R, as featured on the left of the image above. The updated version, on the left of the image, was used on the ZX-R mk2 and ZX-RR models.
The shock tower enables the use of both short (68mm) and medium (75mm) versions of the Gold Shocks, the mediums being featured on the ZX-R and ZX-RR models, with the shorts being used on the ZX and ZX-Sport models.
The second version of the LAW-6 shock tower is more resistant to twisting and breaking, offering more prevention against damage to the front gearbox when flipping over. For even more protection it is advised to use a ‘loop’ tower as pictured below.
